Umrah : Makkah

Alhamdulillah, kami sekeluarga telah selamat pergi dan pulang dari ziarah dan mengerjakan ibadah umrah selama 12 hari. Sepanjang perjalanan kami di sana bersama keluarga (suami) dan anak-anak, adam 4+ tahun dan rayan 3 bulan, segala urusan aktiviti dan ibadah umrah kami berjalan dengan baik,mudah dan tenang. Perasaan yang teramat indah taktala kaki menjejakkan kaki ke tanah haram dan saat pandangan pertama melihat Kaabah yang tersegam indah di masjidil haram. Syukur kepada Tuhan dimurahkan rezeki dan sihat tubuh badan untuk sampai ke tanah suciMu bersama suami dan anak-anak. Alhamdulillah

Adam's baby brother

Mohamad Rayan arrived on 30th January 2009,
Friday 9.00am at Pantai Hospital, KL.
Weight 3.09 kg, length 49.2 cm.
Rayan means: The gate of heaven which allows fasting people in Ramadhan to enter.
Rayan and his mommy shared the same birthdate:)

Last holiday destination before baby 'pops out'
12th dec was our 5th wedding annivesary..
nice stay at rp throughout the 5 days trip.
had great time meeting up with my relatives, amir and family..
sorry we can't make it for your reception next feb..so we've made it up
to u guys already ya..hehe..all the best and congratulations to u and sahida:)
so glad that i managed to meet up with friends from primary to uni..
amanda my old buddy from bangsar, sherry from high school, julie and jeremy
from uni...am so happy to see u guys!

we definetely had a fabulous time in singapore..

penang revisited

its more to foodie trip for this preggie mommy..
stayed here, lovely and charming eastern meet
oriental boutique hotel at feringghi..
mission: nasi kandar kapitan keling also known as nasi beratur..
bestttt wooo..it only starts its operation by 10 pm
but many queed for it as early as 9 pm..shishh!
not forgetting laksa penang and fruit rojak..there are plenty
here in kl but i want it particularly to be ate by the beach.. 
on our way back from 3 days 2 nites stay in penang..
we detoured to taiping zoo & night safari.
waaaayyy better than the national zoo..the animals are more active..
the place is cleaner and well maintained..even have commentator
on the tram ride around the zoo..is there one in national zoo? hmmm.. 
anyway..carry on..as we passed ipoh, suddenly i remembered
this chinese fried rice i had some twenty years ago at this
restaurant yik mun in tanjung malim..so another detour..hehe..
also famous for its pau..there have its outlet in kl but i need to go
to that original restaurant for that nostalgic feel.. 
so all in all..a very happy tummy mummy

my favourite island

its adam's school holiday...
since its been 2 years since we last went to the island..
so here we go...up and away to the beautiful perhentian island..
love the beach, the people and definetely the food!
i crave for its cheesy yummy tuna and chicken sandwich with
fries and vegetable salad by the side..yummy!
oh ya..not forgetting the irresistable, one and only mars shake!
(tu la Slurp! kan dah melekat with snickers shake!! )

teri and juli are among my favourite people in brisbane. we went to the
same uni (uni of queensland)..used to walk to uni together..eat, drink, burn midnite oil..gosh..
those were the days...those days when coffee used to be our cheerleader! haha!
glad u guys were in town to visit me,family and friends here..hope u guys had a great time..
juli: insyallah, i'll see u soon in spore yaa!
teri: let us save up for the trip to visit u in CA ya!
